stay away from mysql-5.1.43-1 (for now)

Seems there's some akonadi + mysql-5.1.43 badness, so I'd recommend
staying away from it for now.

In short, initializing an akonadi database using 5.1.43 fails. Existing
akonadi db's created with earlier mysql's seem fine.

I've only been able to confirm this myself on F-12 (don't have any F-11
installs handy at the moment).
