F11 update blockage - missing dependencies

Thanks, Rex.  The update did complete.  I rebooted, to make sure that I wasn't 
carrying anything over, then attemted to launch kontact again.  Unfortunately 
I am still unable to use it.  I see the Starting Akonadi bar, then the Self-
Test panel.  I can see that it has the 'Akonadi control process not registered 
at D-Bus' error.  I can't scroll down any further, and I can't close the 
report.  Without closing it I can't access the main kmail window. :-(
