So I started a gnome session and ran a kde app from a terminal and got some message about libpolqt.so.0 or some such file can't remember the exact name of the library however, I was forced to discover that the libarary in question belonged to polkit-qt and after manually installing the files all seemed to be well.

To further this abit.... I'm just now installing 4.4 Beta and it would seem that polkit-qt is being downloaded. So it would seem that yum did not think it was neccessary to install polkit-qt after I was forced to force install kdelibs because of the multilib problem.
