Ugggh... Sorry, yeah. You already told me that.
My brain seems to be off today.

Restart pulse, the -right- way (read: start-pulseaudio-kde), and all the
devices are accounted for.
(Actually, once device is missing from the record list, but this is
mostly a pulse-only issue)
