How would I install the flash player from an F12-KDE daily release ?

This must be a typo! You want to test them with F12, 
so why would you want a F11 respin? I think you 
provided a link on alt.fedoraproject.org a couple of 
days ago for just such a disk?

You get flash from adobe.com.

I definitely advise testing with F12, as 
X/Mesa/DRI/Kernel-based Mode Setting/Intel, possibly 
other graphic drivers are ?????? in F11.
