Leonidas splash screen on dual-head looks bad

I used to have the "video memory" problem and I could actually read some 
of the text in the blocks (usually from Thunderbird).

I no longer have that problem in dual screen, nor do I have the problem 
that MEF describes either.

Fedora 11 x86_64
nvidia driver from rpmfusion
KDE 4.3 from updates
