Yes, frequently, although I think the latest update may have cured it.  FWIW, 
Thunderbird doesn't shut down properly here either, and can take 100%cpu.  
Another PITA is nsplugin-viewer (if I've remembered its name correctly).  
After closing FF I often still have that taking 99%cpu.
