Is there really anything in F11 for KDE users?

If you use any non-KDE apps, like Thunderbird or Firefox, they look and 
perform much better in 11.

Also, the kernel mode-switched graphics are easier on the eyes.

There are some nasty bugs in there currently (I'm tracking a half dozen 
on my machines), so for a typical workstation I'd advise waiting.
