I wanted to comment on this earlier but I wasn't able to do so due to the
weekend. But:

Qt: 4.5.1
KDE: 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2)
Amarok: 2.1-SVN

[eelko at eelko ~]$ rpm -q qt
qt-4.5.1-2.fc10.i386

And I haven't seen any real regressions so far (most of the time it's
sitting in my tray though).

I believe Than Ngo already patched Qt 4.5.1 for Fedora.
