Maybe we should default to Aya like some other distros do? That follows the
Qt widget colors, so it'll use some shade of gray.

Or we could package the "Nitro" third-party theme and use that as a default,
it's the Oxygen theme from KDE 4.2 with the panel recolored to black (i.e.
it looks similar in coloring to how the Oxygen Plasma theme looked in KDE
4.1).
