KDE 4.2.1: How do I put an icon for the terminal app in my panel ?

I set up my panel when I was running KDE 4.1.x.   

I am now running F10/ KDE 4.2.1.  I would like to add an icon for the
gnome-terminal app to the panel.  How do I do this ?
