I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but I'll assume that you are talking about 
the fact that resizing windows on hardware >= 8 series (unified shader 
architecture) is slower/choppy than on earlier 6/7 series hardware? In that 
case, no, it is not any more accelerated than it was before. It'd be nice if 
they could accelerate this some more along with the outstanding issues with AA 
fonts. I'll settle for what appears to be the most stable driver for a while, 
even if it does not add any acceleration. ;-)
