How do I "fix my installation" ?

I already talked about this on IRC, but for the record: drkonqi has always
been omitted in kdebase3. But we have patched our kdelibs3 to use the KDE 4
drkonqi, so the KDE 3 one should not actually be needed:

Now why it isn't working in KMail at times, I still don't know.
