Overburning is not a good idea to be default - it's more expert setting and 
has strong dependency on medium! Some mediums can be overburned without 
problems and if you know, it's that medium, feel free to change settings. But 
it's not for all users - they can complain - hey, why my CD/DVD failed (or is 
unreadable)...
