kxkb don't show flag in tray

Problem was (from bugzilla) Taiwan - in China you can't use this flag and even 
refer to Taiwan in strings :(

Someone tried kdebase-flags for Livna... We can prepare really very unofficial 
heavily hidden package but it's nonsense - no one will use it. Please use my 
how-to in other thread...
