Where is the oxygen icon theme?

Hello,

I've installed the oxygen icon theme

[lukas at laptop ~]$ rpm -qa |grep oxygen-icon-theme
oxygen-icon-theme-4.2.0-1.fc10.noarch
oxygen-icon-theme-scalable-4.2.0-1.fc10.noarch

All files are okay, but I can't find it in the systemsettings.
I only see some different varaiants of Bluecurve and KDE Klassik, but I can?t 
find oxygen. Where is it gone?
