Yes it is....

The problem wasn't coming from Mailscanner, but from milter-regex. I've got 
regular expressions blocking bogus email addresses. Unfortuneately, I've had 
to include the mailing list domain to the acceptable to: addresses because 
fedora's mailing lists seem to send to the list rather than to individual 
users.

OK.... I'm getting fedora-kde posts now.
