Yes, but I confirm that it works for "most" plasmoids to set
${KDE4_PLASMA_LIBS}. So before anyone rewrites something from the
scratch, he might want to give it a try. The plasmoid I tried for
example works quite fine.
However, you are right. I really missed something or successfully
supressed it. Guess I was already on the way to kde 4.3 ;-)
