kde-testing has qt.x86_64 update, but not qt.i386

Manually edit /etc/yum.repos.d/kde.repo: Replicate the [kde],
[kde-testing] and [kde-unstable] sections, thereby renaming them to
[kde-i386], [kde-testing-i386] and [kde-unstable-i386], respectively,
and replacing "$basearch" with "i386" in these three sections.
