Re: fas message bus for group add / remove

2023 topic bump. Anyone have any insight here? Are there _supposed_ to be
message bus notifications for group remove?

And is "sponsor" the right trigger for "someone has been added"? And is
"approve" something I need to handle? Are there any other paths?
