Looks like Cobbler's old website has been hijacked and redirects to malware. 
It seems the project is now at https://cobbler.github.io/. I'm pleasantly
surprised to see that it's still an active, ongoing project. We may also
want to refer to Foreman, at https://www.theforeman.org/.
