I think we should discourage/block this second option here.

It would mean people could ignore fas and login and have tokens, so we
would have to make sure we disabled someone also on taiga when we wanted
to disable them and it could cause confusion for users that forget that
password (do we have any way to reset it? does the taiga folks?)

Anyhow, lets see what they say...
