Hi everyone! My name is Braydon Kains, I'm a software engineer gruaduating from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

So far I have specialized in web application development, but I am also working to sharpen my skills in Systems Engineering and DevOps.
I have experience with the following languages/tecnologies:
- C/C++
- PHP
- Python
- _javascript_
- Multiple SQL databases/dialects (MySQL, SQL Server, Postgres)
What I would like to learn:
I am looking to sharpen my software development skills in a more meaningful manner. I am still researching all the possible options to figure out what I would like to work on. (I understand that I need to be a self starter and decide myself what to work on, but I am still looking for the best option).
Most importantly, I just want to contribute back to my favourite distribution. :)
Initial Questions:
No questions as of the composition of this email. I will be quietly observing the IRC channels and reading up on the Developer guide while I gain my footing in this project.
I will be on the lookout for mentorship/sponsorship. I don't fully understand that system yet, but will read up on that guide more.
