Cool. Nice document.

Do note that we are in freeze right now for f30 final, so I am not sure
we want to mess with production. That said, staging should be great to
get setup and be ready to move prod after the freeze.

I'm a bit unclear on joystick. Does joystick check any critera before
uploading things? Or it's just a script to call plume on every upload?
