A great question. :)

It sure would be nice if we had some kind of standard 'about' page or
somthing that existed on all our apps that had such info as:

What is the SLE of this app?
Where do I report bugs about it?
where is it's source code?
etc.

In the case of badges, if you look at the footer of
badges.fedoraproject.org:
