Fedmsg notifications not work with this options

Hi,

The Fedmsg not work so I think that will need to be fix.

1. The settings come with options to set Fedora Elections but link is down
https://apps.fedoraproject.org/voting/

2. The http://fedoraplanet.org/ not work with Blog Posts

This are just few I don't tested everything .

What do you think ?
