Well, this is not really the right list to talk about adding software
to the distribution. You want the 'devel' list for that. 

That said, if the thing you are talking about is https://unity3d.com/
it's not acceptable to add to Fedora because it's not under a
acceptable license. 

If it's something else you should post to the devel list and see if any
folks there are interested in packaging it up, or if you want to do so
yourself, see:
