Good Morning everyone,

I just cut a new release of pagure: 2.10.

Here is the corresponding changelog:

- List subscribers on the issue pages (Mark Renyolds and I)

Admins of pagure instances, do watch for the configuration change regarding the
UPLOAD_FOLDER/UPLOAD_FOLDER_URL.

Thanks to all the contributors who helped making this release!

This is currently only running in stg, I will update prod either this week-end
or on Monday. This may take a while since I'll have to load from disk all the
activity logs.
