What do you mean by this?

CentOS-7 for aarch64? It's already out. Or do you mean 7.3 for
aarch64? I've been liaising with Jim Perrin on this from the aarch64
perspective and he wants it out sooner rather than later this is
compatible with what is currently out there. Basically this has no
negative impact on Centos for aarch64.
