Yes, I did look at the machines and SSH into them.

I haven't tried to get a ticket, I plan to start this month.

Yes, I did attend the last two meetings and it is helpful to see how
decisions are made, and to know who is working on what.

I work remotely and I live in the UK. I'm currently in my coffee farm
