That is what I meant. Only needed once, but still nice to have it automated.

Not sure if this possible. All those services listen on specified port. E.g:
  http://fed-cloud09.cloud.fedoraproject.org:5000/v2.0
And I doubt that it can understand plain http and https on the same port.
Hmm. I see in /etc/keystone/keystone.conf
[ssl]
enable=False

I will investigate what needs to be done to enable it.
