Seems there's an issue with fas2 and rhel7's version of gpgme: https://github.com/fedora-infra/fas/issues/98 because of this, new account requests that hit fas02/03 fail. I am going to just disable fas02/03 for now until we fix this up. This should allow new users to be created and I think fas01 can handle the load over the holidays. kevin
