Amazon is helpfully publishing their list of network blocks as a JSON file now. This gives us a chance to download it and update our "Red Hat" Site, "s3-mirror-${region}.fedoraproject.org"
Hosts, HostNetblock entries to match Amazon's published list. Below is the results of a dry-run report for a new MirrorManager script (to be run by cron in the future), which gets the list of netblocks from Amazon, compares
to the MirrorManager database, and then synchronizes the MirrorManager database. (Dry-run mode doesn't make any changes). Request +1s to execute this on bapp02 without --dry-run to update the database content. No schema changes are being made.
