Hi all,
In the interest of keeping things moving well, I threw together a quick
draft agenda:
- Quick roll call
- What is the minimum we need to get to alpha status?
(e.g., produce something testable, consumable, usable but not
necessarily "production quality")
- What are other blockers we need to solve to be able to have an
official release? (as opposed to a remix)
- Where do we need help immediately, and who can step up?
- What are we missing entirely?
- Action items for the next week or two
- Agreement on next meeting time
