Yeah -- it doesn't seem like it would impact the ability to create Fedora if
the badge servers went down.  So it seems like they shouldn't be frozen.

btw, art assets are probably counted as data in a similar manner as how we
allow people to change the data inside the databases for our critical,
frozen infrastructure.  Badge definitions I'm less sure about as they
contain code.

Anyhow, although I'd prefer if nirik (submitted the original file) could
review this to make sure it wasn't intentional, we're early in freeze and
it's only alpha freeze so I'm giving a +1.  It looks like it's just an
oversight when defining the host to me.
