you should mail:

Contacts: itamarjp [AT] fedoraproject [DOT] org, kaustubh [DOT] karkare
[AT] gmail [DOT] com

and see if any of them are willing to mentor you.

I have also contacted them and waiting for a reply. I thought there may also be a potential mentor here.
 
You might also mail the fedora summer of code list and ask there.

I frequently follow that list, but I didn't know that I can find a mentor there. I will try.
