Askbot misconfiguration

   Hello,

There seems to be some misconfiguration on one of the Askbot server host -> bastion01.phx2.fedoraproject.org.
I guess the LANGUAGE_CODE variable is undefined. This is causing it to send lots of "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" messages to askfedora@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. (just wanted to bring it to notice)
