freeze break request: redo x86-10.phx2.fedoraproject.org

Hi,
 I'd like a couple of +1's to:
  - take x86-10 out of koji building
  - turn on HT in the bios
  - reinstall it as buildvm-01
  - setup 4 new builder instances on it using 4 procs and 4GB of ram
    each
  - add those builder instances back into koji
