Yeah, it will need to be someone in the sysadmin-tools group, but it should be quite doable. We have info from when we migrated lists from redhat.com to fedoraproject.org: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailman_Infrastructure_SOP#Mailman_migration kevin
