except where it isn't - like the moderators list queue... :(


I'm think I need to:

1. send an email to all list owners telling them we will be instituting a
    1 month old discard rule.
2. tell them if they don't want to deal with it to set non-members posts
    to reject

3. profit?

what do you think?
