I've tried to setup email notifications.  I created a password for the testuser unix account, and then

Mailbox: localhost
port 25
username: testuser
password:********

And got the following error.


 localhostSMTP AUTH extension not supported by server.
[Mon Feb 08 16:14:30 2010] [error] Traceback (most recent call last):



Not sure if thati s a Django error or from the mail server.

Hey, I just enabled outgoing email from publictest8 by removing the 
relay_host = bastion from /etc/postfix/main.cf.  Email to 
@fedoraproject.org is currently being greylisted, but it should start 
going out normally soon.
