I developed one site for Vibrant GNU Linux user group (vglug.info) and implemented spam protection for jobs. it is built in drupal. can we use drupal for this project?

there (it's currently going against a test FAS). When we do make this
live, it will be over SSL to avoid passwords being transmitted in
plaintext.
