Hey, just a heads up, Toshio and I were discussing this on IRC, so we started a non-human accounts SOP at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Non-human_Accounts_Infrastructure_SOP It's still a draft at this point, but feel free to add instructions and policies for any account types we missed.
