Indeed there are.  Knowing little about the other SCM's, I'm in less
of a position to offer up any potential improvements.  But I shall
give them a try and handle some of the non-git hosted project
requests.

I'm not much use for writing web apps myself.  But I did figure that
if the scripts were in python, they might at least have some
salvageable snippets if we ever do find someone with time on their
hands looking to create a TG app for this. :)
