Note: When testing the new pkgdb-client you'll want to set the server it
talks to.  This can be done by making the following entry in
~/.fedora/pkgdb-client.cfg::

  [global]
  pkgdb.url = 'https://admin.stg.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb'
