I had this bounce to my (new) fedorahosted.org mailing list.
A few minutes later, I sent a test message and it got through fine.
Then I sent this same message again, and it got through fine.
I hope there isn't regularly some little window in which
lists.fedorahosted.org's mailing lists are unknown to its MTA.
