Since I am interested in sysadmin-test and sysadmin-hosted, which of those should I be studying before coming up with any ideas ? One ticket assigned to "nobody" is Ticket #629. Another is Ticket #396. But they are in different colored areas. Can you give me some guide where and what I should be looking for ?
