We've been using subkeys.pgp.net exclusively for FAS2 since the beginning, and I'm pretty sure that we'll be sticking to this. As for the contributor keyring, it'll definitely be a nice thing to have, but we won't be targetting that for the first release, at least. Thanks, Ricky
