Manual rsync listing shows the error too:

>rsync 
rsync://download1.fedora.redhat.com/fedora-enchilada/linux/updates/7/SRPMS/ | grep 8King 
file has vanished: 
"linux/updates/7/SRPMS/8Kingdoms-1.1.0-2.fc7.src.rpm" (in 
fedora-enchilada)

>ls -l 8Kingdoms-1.1.0-*

It's almost as if the underlying storage mechanism on the master 
server is caching directory entries for files that don't exist 
anymore.
