New upstream place and new releases

Hi All,

   Lohit has been moved from fedorahosted.org to pagure.io. New place is at pagure.io. [1]

   Lohit project scripts are updated to python3 and also some minor fixes to Lohit Nepali. We have done next upstream release with these updated script for Lohit fonts.
